The first thing you need to do is open the Pay Depot website in a new browser. On the right-hand side of the front page, you’ll see a conversion tab that will show how much Bitcoin you can buy with your currency. Type in the amount of bitcoin you want to purchase, and the calculator will show you how much you need to pay for it.
Under the conversion tab, you’ll need to type in your Bitcoin address and click Continue to start your purchase. If you don’t currently have a Bitcoin Address, click on the green link that says, “Don’t Have One,” to register yourself for an account.

The next page will take you to a payment page where you will be asked to enter your credit or debit card number.

Click next, and a screen will open asking you for the billing address associated with your card, along with personal details such as e-mail, phone number, and date of birth.

Once you’ve filled out all that information and have clicked “Pay Now,” you’ll be sent a verification code to your e-mail. You’ll need to check your inbox for an e-mail from Pay Depot with a four-digit code. Type that code on the screen, and click the continue button.

Before your payment can be processed, you’ll need to confirm your identity. You can choose from multiple documents to verify who you are. You’ll need to take a picture of your identification details to upload to the system, along with manually typing in the document details.

Once you click next, you’ll be sent to the Verified by Visa program, where you’ll have a one-time password sent to your registered telephone. Once you receive the text message with the password, enter it into the password field and click submit.

After you submit your payment, the system will process your payment request and confirm all the information you have provided. Keep an eye out from Simplex for updates about your Bitcoin progress.

Clicking the Green Button will return you to Pay Depot and automatically show a page that thanks you for your purchase.

Once finished, you will receive an e-mail that confirms your payment with Simplex and re-iterates that the system is working to verify and process your payment as quickly as possible. In most cases, payments are processed immediately. However, the process can take up to 48 hours.

Clicking on your payment details will show the same information and let you know that your transaction is pending.

Finally, once your payment has been approved, you’ll receive an e-mail from Simplex letting you know that your identity has been confirmed. The transaction will appear with the name “Simplex_Elastum” on your card statement. Congratulations, you’ve successfully completed the bitcoin purchasing process!
